• Pictures of the monkeys may be taken in this experience, but for conservation purposes, "selfies" are strictly forbidden.

• Experiences are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and must be booked and completed before expiry.

• The encounter is available for adults and children over the age of 10 years old; however children aged between 10-16 years old must be accompanied by a spectating parent or guardian paying normal zoo admission (1 adult per 1 child). Any other guests wishing to watch the experience will need to pay normal centre admission prices.

• A maximum of two people may take part in the experience.

• Masks must be worn on this experience, including those that are usually exempt. If you are usually exempt, please contact us before hand.

Regrettably certain guests will be unable to take part including people with relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals.

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved; please contact us for advice before purchasing.

Dress Code: Please come suitably dressed for your experience. You must wear closed toe shoes such as boots or trainers and trousers or jeans. We may not be able to provide your experience if you do not come suitably dressed.
