At the end of last year we received a group of Straw-coloured fruit bats, that have now moved onto display!
Their main diet consists of bark, flowers , leaves, nectar, and fruits . They are important pollinators and seed dispersers in their native habitat , especially of the increasingly threatened African teak tree.
